Who actually ships your order
Every buy button on this site opens the matching listing at the retail network, and the retailer is the seller from that point on. Jstyle stock sits in the retailer's fulfillment centers, so pieces arrive in their packaging: a padded envelope for single pairs, a small box when a gift case or a 20-pair set is part of the listing.
Delivery speed
Members of the retailer's delivery program usually see one to two days across most US zip codes. Otherwise the free-shipping threshold and ground timing apply. Checkout shows the exact date for your address before you pay, and that date is the one that counts, not anything printed here.
Tracking
The order history in your retailer account holds the tracking number. One thing worth knowing about jewelry: envelopes this light sometimes travel with carriers that scan rarely. A parcel can sit at "in transit" for a day and still arrive on schedule.
If it never arrives
Non-delivery falls under the retailer's buyer protection. Open your order history, report the problem, and the retailer refunds or resends. We hold no order data, so we cannot chase a parcel for you.
